Ordering – Payment
To select your chosen original Timothy Hebbard work of art or to select one for a giclée print you can view them on the web site and find out about materials, size, frame and cost. All prices are quoted in sterling. If you have additional questions contact Timothy by email or call on +44(0)7971 171616. Those living locally are
welcome to visit the studio to view the available paintings though this should be by appointment only. The preferred payment method is by direct bank transfer or by PayPal. For those visiting the studio, payment by cash is acceptable.
UK Mainland Shipments
The price of carriage and packaging is included in the price of all Timothy’s unframed giclée prints delivered in the UK. Unframed original paintings and framed originals or prints will incur additional
packaging and delivery charges, which will be quoted on request. Bewdley Art uses Royal Mail/Parcel Force insured and signed for express 48 hour delivery or similar. Your artwork will be dispatched, usually within 2- 3 working days of receipt of payment.
Overseas Shipment of Originals and Prints
Individual paintings may require special crates to be made, depending on the nature of the artwork – packaging and delivery charges will be quoted on request. All destinations other than the UK are charged at current ParcelForce worldwide insured and signed for prices. The customer will be responsible for paying any additional taxes or duties that may be charged on goods by the country of destination at the point of entry. With regard to giclée prints let Bewdley Art know your selection, and the delivery address, we will then send you an email with a PayPal Money Request for Payment and an invoice.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your acquisition, Bewdley Art offers a full refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition, using the same level of packaging, shipping and insurance, within fourteen days of arrival. When the goods are received, a full refund minus the original shipping costs will then be made. If your artwork arrives and the packaging has significant damage then please sign for the goods as Damaged Package or Uninspected Package. If it is possible, open the damaged packaging in the presence of the carrier. This will help in the event of any claim against the carrier. In the event of damage, please contact Bewdley Art to arrange for replacement goods where practical or a refund.
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United Kingdom in so far as such laws are applied to these agreements. Both parties submit to jurisdiction in the United Kingdom and further agree that any legal action arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court in the United Kingdom. Any purchases from Bewdley Art will be in accordance with these terms and conditions – they do not affect your rights under the Sale of Goods Acts.
